The municipality of São Brás de Alportel has decided to join the Network of Participatory Authorities (RAP), signing a collaboration protocol with Oficina, the organisation that coordinates the platform's Technical Secretariat.

Citizens who live, work or study in the municipality of Odemira can now vote on the proposals submitted for public investment as part of the Municipal and Parish Participatory Budgeting (PB) process. The 25 approved proposals, out of a total of 27 ideas submitted, will be put to the vote until 30 November.

The ceremony to present the results of the 8th edition of the Good Participation Practices Award took place in Valongo as part of the 23rd Conference of the International Observatory for Participatory Democracy, which ran from 17 to 19 October.

This book, launched by the Rede de Autarquias Participativas and Oficina, is a contribution to the production of knowledge on the different forms of participatory management of public goods currently underway in Portugal.
