RAP is a collaborative platform, formed by three structures, namely:
i) the Assembly of Members, made up of all participating local authorities;
ii) the Presidency, made up of municipalities and parishes that assume the political representation of the Network, with two-year mandates;
iii) the Technical Secretariat, in charge of Oficina, which is responsible for promoting activities.
