Open Government is a strategy of São Paulo City Hall to promote a transparent, participatory, innovative and honest government, while the citizen budget is a tool that allows citizens to directly influence decisions on the allocation of public resources.

This first Webinar will take place on 20 January 2025 at 2pm in mainland Portugal and will feature Patrícia Marques (Open Government Coordinator) and Sandro Palanca (Municipal Finance Department), both from São Paulo City Hall.
